- 1 Tsp/5 Grams Whole Cumin seeds
- 1 Tsp/5 Grams whole coriander seeds
- 1 Tsp/5 Grams Dried Onion Flakes
- 1 Tsp/5 Grams Whole cloves
- 1 Inch long stick Cassia bark or cinnamon stick
- 2 Big Black cardamoms pod If you Don't find Ethiopian Korarima(Ethiopian Cardamom) Just use Black Cardamom
- 1 Tsp/5 Grams Ground Dried Ginger
- 1 Tsp/5 Grams whole Fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 Tsp/2.5 Grams Whole Carom Seeds(Ajwain)
- 1 Tsp/5 Grams Ground Dried Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp/2.5 Grams whole All spice (Kababchini)
- 1 Tsp (5 Grams) of Whole or Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup/170 g/6 oz Hot Mexican chilli Powder If you don't find Mexican chilli Just use Indian Deghi Mirch Powder as a substitute
- 1/3 Cup/43 g/1.5 oz Sweet NON Smoked Paprika Powder If you don't find Sweet NON Smoked Paprika Powder Just use Indian Kashmiri Red chilli Powder as a substitute
- 1/4 Cup/32 g/1.13 oz Cyan pepper
- 1 Tbsp/14.3 grams Sea Salt

Instructions
- Take a Clean dry Blanding jar or Coffie Grinder put all the Ingredients into It.
- close the lid of the jar. Shake the jar well to mix all the Ingredients Properly.
- Then Blend all the things until all the spices geta find ground or powder kind of texture. Once it has done your own homemade Berbere spice bled/Mix is ready to use.
- After then immediately store the spice powder to an Airtight glass container. Use this very Aromatic and Flavoursome spice powder In your African and Ethiopian recipes.
Note
Always store this spice blend to an Airtightglass container. Do not store any freshly ground spice blends in a plastic jar then all the aroma will be cone so fast. Andyou will not get theproper flavour from the Spice Blend. Anddo not to refrigeratethe spice blends.
