Blackstone Pork Chops Recipe:
Pork Chops on the Blackstone is an easy way to make Pork Chops. These boneless pork chops cook tender, juicy and the griddle gives the pork chops so much flavor. This recipe is quick and easy and the perfect weeknight meal.
If you love pork chops as much as my family, our Grilled Hawaiian Pork Chops, BBQ Pork Chops on Blackstone Griddle, and Grilled Stuff Pork Chops are always a crowd favorite. We eat a lot of chicken so my family is always excited when I make anything else.
We love using our Blackstone for many different recipes so I was amazed how well these pork chops turned out. In less than 15 minutes the pork chops were cooked perfectly and dinner was done.
Ingredients:
- Boneless Pork Chops (approximately 1 inch thick)
- Avocado Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Paprika
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
How to Cook Pork Chops on Blackstone Griddle:
- Step 1 – Place all the seasoning in a small bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine the ingredients. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
- Step 2 – Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Once the grill is heated. Spread the oil out on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
- Step 3 – Add the pork chops to the grill on the oil. Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and the edges are browned and caramelized.
- Step 4 – Remove the pork chops from the flat top, let sit for 5 minutes. Then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
How Long to Cook Pork Chops on Blackstone:
Cooking pork chops do not take long. Once you have seasoned the pork chops place on a hot griddle and cook for about 3 minutes per side. Cooking time will vary based on how thick your pork chops are.
Make sure to check with a meat thermometer to ensure the pork chops are done before removing grilled pork chops.
Tips for Blackstone Pork Chops Recipe:
- Oil Griddle – You can use any oil with a high smoke point instead of the avocado oil. Olive oil, Coconut oil, vegetable oil or canola oil would all work great in this recipe.
- Preheat Griddle – Before placing pork chops on the griddle, make sure the griddle is preheated.
- Rest Pork Chops – Before serving pork chops, make sure to allow the pork chops to rest for at least 5 minutes. This allows for the pork chops to stay juicy.
