How to Make Easy Chicken in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
My dear readers…can I be very real for a moment? While I have a wonderful life that I love, it does not mean that every day is sunshine and rainbows. I have rough days. I would dare to guess that you do as well. On those hard days, I do not have it in me to stand in the kitchen for a half hour or more to make a yummy meal for my family. I was having one of those days recently and (with the help of my wonderful big sister!) came up with this Easy Crock Pot Chicken, because some days, you just need an easy recipe!
Another great thing about this recipe is that it is only four ingredients, and said ingredients are things that you most likely already have in your cabinets. If you are having a hard day, I hope this recipe puts a little smile on your face as you taste the yummy goodness that took you less than 5 minutes to throw together. And from me to you, remember this too shall pass, and sunshine and rainbows will appear again!
