Only putting two stars because ana can be great . However i went in two days ago to get my nails done but prior to that i had set up an appointment with ana through Instagram, got there at the time of my appointment and she was working on someone, after working with that person there was two people who needed there nail fixed so she sat them down! I was over waiting tbh and figured she can be really un organized I understand she’s always busy and has many clients so i try to respect that but if I’d figure she’d take a while I could’ve just walked in and not make an appointment in the first place if she wasn’t even going to be punctual . Anyways after she was done with the last girl i proceeded to sit on the chair . This girl just talks and talks and is extremely harsh when she was working on my nails she cut me several times that literally when i got home and washed my hands they burned. All she said was “Im sorry friend” then proceeded to do it again it was getting very annoying, so i have decided to not go back she does very great nails but these people are dirty they do not sanitize or clean the things there using.. mind you i had also gotten a pedicure and my big toe today after two days of going in that nail shop is beginning to hurt it is also getting red on the side and i am hoping that it is not an infection!! Please save yourself from this place . Pretty nails won’t save you from the harsh your nails can get once they’re off . Really wanted to like this place but ill be going back to my nail tech. Don’t get me wrong ana is super sweet the shop just need’s alot more work . She was cutting my cuticles while looking and talking to the other lady who was doing someones toes like come on now ana i know people like you because of your work but you need to do better . It could’ve been worse with another person .

Critical:QualityDo not come here. By far my worst experience. They hurt your skin a lot. And it’s like they rush it through. Also very rude and if you don’t like something they give you attitude and make you feel uncomfortable. Acrylic nails are not nice at all. I got mine done and didn’t like them at all.

I came here to get a pedicure. It’s been hours since I got them done and my nails are still burning. She cut me two times and used the same utensils she used on me with someone else without cleaning them. My cousin got her nails done and the lady cut all of her cuticles. She didn’t ask what shape or length she wanted for her acrylics. While I was waiting for her to be done, this other customer came in and everyone was being rude to her. Don’t come here save your money. The other customer also got a pedicure done and they cut her she was bleeding so much. The prices aren’t updated, so they end up charging way more than what is posted on their walls.

The only reason why I giving them a 3⭐️ because only Ana knows that she is doing. She is good on doing mani, pedi and eyebrows. The rest of them are just lazy and sloppy. You need to be on them and tell them exactly what you want if not they are going to try and charge you extra. My mom normally goes with me but yesterday she decide to go on her own they did a horrible job who pays $40 for just eyebrows and pedi. I guess because she does not speak English they fooled her. I’m really disappointed. Like I said only ANA knows what she doing. The guys are so sloppy and always rushing it.

Most painful ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I should have known when it was empty. Getting my acrylic fixed, the man wasn’t going to put a tip on. He was rushing and kept getting my skin. The colors they give you to choose from look nothing like what you’re getting. The pedicure took skin off my toes so much so that even the oil burned. Halfway through I just wanted to leave. Now that my nails are painted I realize they haven’t asked for payment so I have to risk smudging my nails to pay for something i wish never happened. I offered $20. More than they deserved. I was told I should have said something (I did) then told I was too picky. They would not let me leave so I had to give in. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
