16U/19U Co-ed 9v9 Program
Our primary goal will be to improve player skills development by providing ample playing time and increased opportunities at touches on the ball.This program will be designed to be afast-paced gamefocused on expanding our player's knowledge and skills set while also giving them aFUNexperience out on the pitch. Notes: IMPORTANT NOTE (PLEASE READ!): Please log into your Sports Connect account, register your child under thenew16U/19U COED Program (9v9 Division), and finalize payment. 16U/19U CO-ED 9v9 PROGRAM
This Spring 2024 Season, AYSO 1463 and our neighboring AYSO regions will be teaming together to bring you a fun and frantic 16U/19U combined Co-ed Program!
(1)Teams in this program will include players from both 16U and 19U divisions combined to form one division.
(2) Teams will be playing 9v9 soccer matches versus other Murrieta 16U/19U Co-ed teams as well as a few neighboring AYSO regions.
(3)Each co-ed team will consist of about 12 players per team to ensure all players have ample playing time.
AYSO 1463 16U/19U Families.You will need to re-register your children for this newly created program within Sports Connect.We apologize for the inconvenience but our region is unable to transfer players to this new program without causing some possible issues behind-the-scenes.
Practice will occur once a week with games on Saturdays (Some Possible Weeknight Games)

Other AYSO 1463 Practice Fields
Other practice fields will be made available to your AYSO 1463 Coaches. These fields are ones that have been approved by our region and the City of Murrieta and are close in proximity to our Torey Pines main field.
Practices Begin:Late February 2024

Practices will occur sometime between Mondays - Fridays anywhere from 4pm - Sundown.

Fees Cover the Following
REGISTRATION FEES COVER THE FOLLOWING
Fees will cover the following costs for the upcoming Spring 2024 Season: Player Related Equipment / Extras / Games Administrative Fees e.Covers theVolunteer Membership Program Fee (Sterling Background Check & Live Scan) AYSO National also requires all AYSO regions to ensure that all volunteers take and complete Live Scan background checks. Each of these checks costs on average about $25 per volunteer. In order to avoid asking Volunteers for $50 out of pocket, AYSO 1463 has elected to subsidize this amount to all players registered. NOTE:If a refund request is honored by AYSO 1463, the refund will subtract $20 for the National Fee as well as $10 for AYSO 1463 Processing Fees.
AYSO National has upgraded to a Level 2 Background Check process via Sterling Background Checks. This is a more expensive but more in-depth check. As a result AYSO 1463 will need to pay $25 for every Volunteer to the program.

EPIC PROGRAM (FORMALLY VIP) / SPECIAL NEEDS (ANY BIRTH YEAR)
The Epic program (Everyone Plays In our Community) is specially designed to support players with special needs. This program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate in the core program.
* 8 Week Program
* 45 minute training sessions and scrimmage
The objective of this program is to provide young players and their parents with a “pressure free” introduction to the beautiful game of soccer. At this age, players should be exposed to soccer by playing simple, fun activities and games that require little to no practice, and a minimal time commitment.
* 8 Week Program
* Small co-ed groups
* 45 minute training sessions with some time for a short scrimmage

10U DIVISION (BORN: 2014 & 2015)
12U DIVISION (BORN: 2012 & 2013)
* 8 Week Season and includes a possible ninth week for the Gem of the Valley Cup tournament. Teams must qualify to play in this tournament by completing team required Volunteer Points. More information on this to come soon.
* Teams will be separated into single gendered teams. (No Co-ed for these divisions)
* Games occur once a week on Saturdays
16U DIVISION (BORN: 2008 & 2009)
19U DIVISION (BORN: 2005, 2006 & 2007)
* 8-9 Week Season
* Spring Seasons tend to be played as Coed Divisions for 14U,16U, & 19U Divisions. A firm decision on whether these divisions will be co-ed or single gendered will not be made until late December 2023/early January 2024.
* Interleague play vs. Other Regions.These divisions will more than likely interleague with other regions which means some travel will be involved. Cities involved may include French Valley, Menifee, Moreno Valley, and Perris.
* Games can either be played on Saturdays and/or on Weekday evenings
Refund Policy
REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE Please note that by 1/05/2024 we will not have finalized information on Coaches, team formation or practice days and times since practices are solely at the discretion of the Head Coach's schedule. Practices tend to occur during the week, Monday through Friday, anywhere from 4pm - Sundown. Please take note of this before registering your child. The last day to submit for a refund request for the Spring 2024 Program is end of day 1/05/2024. Refund requests from 1/06/2024 and on will no longer be honored as funds provided have been used for Uniforms, Equipment, City Park fees and much more.
