Pigskins aren’t just for eating, don’t you know? Some athletes like to toss around the pigskins/footballs for a few months out of the year, and come February, two teams face off in something called the Super Bowl. Here in Tucson, there are quite a few super options to celebrate the big game. Certain spots are offering food and drink specials and then a few restaurants are offering take-home catering kits to feed a large crowd. No matter how you celebrate the “Big Game,” try keeping it local with the following opportunities. Bring your grills… bring food to grill… game day snacks. Tailgating begins at noon. Kickoff is at 4:30 p.m.” “We‘re having another Super Bowl pregame at CBC!” There’s going to be a potluck (“football food” appreciated), football squares hosted by Jeff, outdoor games, and bucket specials on domestic brews.
